Terms & Conditions

"Company" refers to Coach Fish Recruiting, LLC.
"Client" refers to the student-athlete, parent, or entity purchasing recruiting and consulting services.
"Services" refers to athletic resumes, highlight video creation, marketing, consulting, and related services provided by the Company.

The Company will provide the Services as agreed upon during booking, including package specifics (e.g., All-In Package, Athletic Resume, Monthly Marketing). We do not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, or specific recruitment outcomes. Our role is to provide exposure, professional materials, and guidance.

Services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email. The typical turnaround time for resumes and highlight videos is 72 hours or less. However, this time frame begins only after the Client has provided all accurate information and quality game film required to complete the project. Timeframes may vary depending on project scope or requested revisions.

All prices are outlined on our Services page prior to booking. One-time package fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of work. Monthly marketing services will be billed recursively to the payment method on file until canceled.

All services provided are custom and digital. Once work has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. Monthly marketing services may be canceled at any time; however, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate academic information, up-to-date stats, and quality game film. Coach Fish Recruiting is not responsible for errors, delays, or negative recruitment outcomes resulting from inaccurate or poor-quality information provided by the Client.

By purchasing services, you grant permission for Coach Fish Recruiting to create, edit, and publish recruiting materials, including uploading videos to platforms such as YouTube on your behalf. Highlight videos do not include music by default to comply with college coach preferences. If music is specifically requested, Coach Fish Recruiting is not responsible for any copyright strikes or takedowns issued by third-party platforms.

By providing your phone number and email address, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from Coach Fish Recruiting via SMS (text messages) and email. These may include appointment reminders, service updates, and recruiting opportunities. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Coach Fish Recruiting is not responsible for the decisions made by college coaches, athletic programs, the NCAA, NAIA, JUCO, or any governing bodies. Our liability to the Client is strictly limited to the cost of the services purchased.

All personal information, academic data, and contact details will be kept confidential as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We only share this data with college programs at the explicit request and direction of the Client. Parent or guardian consent is required for all athletes under 18.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or in the appropriate courts of Phoenix, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.

By booking a consultation, submitting an intake form, or purchasing services from Coach Fish Recruiting, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
